Faucigny Glieres Tourisme (Tourist office) offers you all year round : information, advices about activities, accommodations, restaurants, entertainments, …
We are a non-profit society, under the French law of 1901, founded in 1927.
We are open :
-On Monday from 2:00 pm to 6:30pm
– From Tuesday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30 am and 2:00pm to 6:30pm
– On Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm and from 1:30pm to 4:30pm

Our engagements

Faucigny Gliere Tourisme, in the process of registration with category III commits to :

  • To provide you with a secure customer area and an information area with easy access
  • To help your needs.
  • To offer furniture to sit down
  • To inform you about the touristic and local information
  • To show the opening hours in two languages (french and english)
  • To offer you WIFI free access
  • To be open at least 120 days a year, saturday and also sunday during touristic period
  • To answer to your message/letter
  • To provide an information and reception service, with a staff practicing at least one foreign language
  • To provide you touristic map
  • To give you access to our touristic site (in two language : french and english) and adapted to mobile phone and tablets
  • To promote the touristic information on paper (translated in and other language) about :

–       touristic accomodation : the phone number will be translated ;

–     touristic sites : the phone number will be translated;

  • To update every year the touristic information
  • To post the opening hours and emergency numbers outside the office 
  • To deal with your claims and to measure your satisfaction 
  • To propose an information service using the new technology like social media
  • To make available for you a tourist adviser
  • To guarantee the reliability and timeliness of our touristic information
  • To uptdate the information about touristic information on our geographical area of intervention
